Patient Request - For Prescribers and Pharmacists

• This report allows you to view the prescription activity for a specific patient by entering a specified timeline and will include the pharmacies
  and providers visited.
• The report can be found by logging into your AWARxE account by clicking the Menu option and the reports will be listed under Rx Search.

Request History - For Prescribers and Pharmacists

• This option allows you to view or pull patient reports that were created in the past 30 days by you or your delegate(s).
• The report can be found by logging into your AWARxE account by clicking the Menu option and the reports will be listed under Rx Search.

Prescriber Report - For Prescribers Only

• This report provides a snapshot of your prescribing history and compares it to peers within the same specialty.
• The report can be found by logging into your AWARxE account by clicking the Menu option and the reports will be listed under Rx Search.

My Rx - For Prescribers Only

• This report allows you to see all of the prescriptions that were filled using your DEA number.
• The report can be found by logging into your AWARxE account by clicking the Menu option and the reports will be listed under Rx Search.
